What: Looking for people who would like to participate in a workshop to produce an artwork/craftwork. The only prerequisite for the workshop is the desire, enthusiasm, curiosity and interest to make something and have fun!

Who: Organised by Helen Cho, a Canadian Artist in Residence at Glenfiddich Distillery.

Brief description of the workshop:

In cooperation with Helen Cho each participant of the workshop will produce his/her own artwork/craftwork based on an ornamental pattern designed by the great artist Leonardo da Vinci (1452 – 1519) The artworks/craftworks will be produced by using sewing, a technique pursed by both artists and hobbyists. All the materials for the workshop will be provided by Helen Cho with the courtesy of Glenfiddich Distillery at no cost to the participants. The artworks/craftworks produced during the workshop are to be presented by Helen Cho within her exhibition at the Glenfiddich Distillery Gallery.

Scheduled Workshop Sessions

You can sign up for the sessions when you come to the orientation. After the orientation you will have a better idea as to whether you should sign up for two or three sessions. I would recommend 2 sessions for those who are familiar with sewing and three for those who are not familiar.
