Moray Art Centre: New Exhibition and New Life Drawing Class

A new exhibition entitled 60×60@60; (works by Moray Art Club, celebrating their 60th year), opens this Saturday 3 December at 3 pm at Moray Art Centre, Findhorn and will then run until 4 February; the exhibition includes painting, tapestry, prints, photographic arts…

Also taking place on Friday 2 December 2011, 10 am – 3 pm is the next life Drawing day-long workshop at Moray Art Centre being taught by Alison Johnston.

Artists and beginners will be introduced to aspects and techniques of figure drawing. The second of Moray Art Centre’s one day workshops is aimed to challenge the more experienced artist but without daunting newcomers,who will be supported with advice. This Life Drawing class will look at Perception, Form, Expression, Line and Colour. The class is open to all levels of abilityand great for those who wish to improve and require guidance.

  • Aimed at all levels. Adults 16+ only
  • Materials provided but students may bring their own drawing materials
