Allotment at Universal Hall

16 Aug 2012 in Dance & Drama, Moray

ALLOTMENT

Presented by Nutshell Theatre, the Allotment premiere won a Fringe First award at the Edinburgh Festival last year. The play follows the complex and quirky relationship between sisters Dora and Maddy as they live out the seasons on their allotment, playing out their rivalries among the plants. A dark comedy, Allotment is also a celebration of gardening, with the actresses digging, planting and performing on top of a shed. The production will be outdoors near the Hall and will go on whatever the weather, so come prepared! Limited number of tickets on first come first served basis.
