The Wilders and Eduardo Niebla at Universal Hall
THE WILDERS, the hillbilly hurricane from Kansas City, Missouri, make a welcome return to the Universal Hall with their hi-energy blend of bluegrass and hillbilly tunes. They wowed the crowds at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, carrying off a coveted Herald Angel, and collecting a clutch of five-star reviews. That led to television and radio sessions and a headline slot at the prestigious Bath International Music Festival. Their last album, ‘Someone’s Got To Pay’, went on to win the Alt-Country Album of The Year in the USA.

EDUARDO NIEBLA, the formidable flamenco-jazz guitar virtuoso and composer, embarks on his stunning new album tour “My Gypsy Waltz” This Universal Hall date is part of a nationwide tour of the UK which includes Celtic Connections and the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London. This is intricate, passionate flamenco fused with a myriad of Eastern colours and a Gypsy-jazz edge. It’s also a personal journey embracing the moment and celebrating life. Eduardo will showcase the album with Carl Herring on accompanying guitar.
