There is still a chance for families and individuals to take part in the Aberfeldy Gaelic Festival (Feis Obair Pheallaidh) on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 June. Organisers have extended the deadline for bookings for the weekend celebration of Scottish Music and Gaelic Language at Breadalbane Community Campus to Thursday 9 June. Forms can be picked up in Perth Concert Hall, Perth Theatre and Breadalbane Community Campus. The fun and friendly festival offers participants of all ages and abilities the opportunity to try a Scottish musical instrument and learn Gaelic songs and language in the company of some of the country’s foremost traditional musicians including Perth’s own Patsy Reid.
