It’s that time of year, wash away those summer blues with lots of fantastic workshops to get stuck into at The Bike Shed.

The Bike Shed has been a hive of activity in the last three days with local artists dropping off a huge variety of work to make their 8th Summer Exhibition another great success. The exhibition opens on Friday 1st July 2011 with the preview event and prize giving from 6pm – 8pm, this is your opportunity to check out all the art work before anyone else, and maybe snap up that extra special painting or photograph that you just must have! The exhibition is open from 10am – 4pm Mon – Sat and 12pm – 4pm on Sundays until the 17th July 2011.

There are workshops for kids, teenagers, adults, parents & toddlers and everybody inbetween. If you like pottery, sewing, jewellery, printing or even eating cupcakes The Bikeshed has got a workshop for you!
