Fantastic radio drama! I often enjoy a mid afternoon spell on Radio 4 whilst on the open roads in Moray! Brought me back to a recent time when I tried yak butter and milk during a trip to the remote Himalayas for the Nepal Trust. Should you require moving images for future endeavours, please get in touch! Best wishes and thank you
Well done Angus, great wee tale. I listened in bed on a freezing Brisbane day, brillant blue sky, palm trees waving around outside my window.
prrrrr!
Thanks Angus you’ve made a stressful day trying to fit poems to pages much less stressful. I’m off to seek my totem pint of ale!
Damn you, Dunn. I thought I could work away with it on in the background. But no. You made me stop, listen propery and enjoy it immensely. And now I have been complimentary about it. P’ah, thank you very much.
are you Alastair Crowley?
Thanks for the comments. It’s great to hear that people are enjoying it – and finding it funny, as it’s meant to be!
wonderful juxtaposition of the sacred and mundane! i really enjoyed your playfulness. very enjoyable! thanks!
Hilarious. Had to listen twice for laughing. I love how he spits ‘Myret!’. The notion of selecting a satisfactory totem animal (pet) is brilliant. ‘No, no, not really a dog person.’
Favourite line – ‘she’s a hot bastard of a day, isnt she?’
Well done Angus.. another lovely tail..sorry.. tale..
Go on yersel Angus!
