Trio from Augsburg Perform In Inverness

An internationally acclaimed piano trio from Augsburg is performing in Inverness on the 12th July as part of the Mendelssohn International Music Festival and in cooperation with the Inverness “Twinning Committee”.

The recital will take place at the Inverness Townhouse  at 7.30pm.  The trio includes world renowned cellist Jacob Shaw, who is also the “Artistic Director” of the festival. He is joined by the outstanding Australian violinist Miss Suyeon Kang and the ever popular concert pianist James Kreiling. An exciting programme is planned to include Mendelssohn, Haydn, Kodaly and a wonderful new piece “Irlandaise” donated to the festival by Scottish composer John Maxwell Geddes.
