Museum Without Walls Project Launch

2013 will mark the 200th anniversary of the Strath of Kildonan Clearances and Timespan aims to be leading events and new initiatives to commemorate this important period of Scottish history.
The Museum Without Walls project will involve the creation of a software application for smart phones and tablets and a programme of events over the next two years which will engage with communities in the local area and visitors from all over the world.
The project will be launched locally on 12th July where all questions will be answered and opportunities to get involved and help shape the project will be announced. The project will also be launched internationally and communities from all over the world will be able to engage in debate through our new website, facebook, twitter and events that will be streamed live.
