The Market Street Collective is launching this winter, operating from room 2 of an talla solais Ullapool Visual Arts. This is a collective of initially seven local artists and crafts makers. On show and sale will be their work along side the work of other artists and crafts makers of the area.

The Market Street Collective will open for four weeks from the 17th of November till the 18th of December this year, with the intention to reopen again next Spring/Summer. The Ullapool area has a rich and strong population of artists. This local collective is proud to represent the quality and diversity of some of this regions’ talent. On sale will be jewellery, ceramics, painting, textiles, photography and more.

The open hours of the Market Street Collective will be 10 – 4 pm everyday during this launch month. This will extend the an talla solais exhibition hours also – so more chance to come in and engage with the superb exhibitions from an talla solais’s programme, always free. This November / December it will be Lustre the ats 3D Members’ Exhibition.

This winter the Market Street Collective gives you the opportunity to shop locally for distinctive Christmas presents made by local artists and craft makers. Beautiful jewelry, ceramics, tweed products, paintings and felts are amongst the treasure trove of items you will find, so be sure to drop in and visit us.
