Eigg Box invites feedback on residency opportunities
20 Jul 2012 in Highland, Visual Arts & Crafts
Opening in 2015, Eigg Box will provide creative residency opportunities for visiting artists from Scotland and beyond to come to the Isle of Eigg for anything from a few days up to three months, sharing the Eigg Box building with island-based creative businesses. Both island and visiting artists have the choice of working in a self-contained studio space or in a shared open plan studio. Lucy Conway of Eigg Box is inviting feedback on how much visiting artists should be charged – the results of the survey will be vital in refining and defining what the daily, weekly and monthly charges should be.
