Colours of Midnight Tour

A Bright Night of Scandinavian Songs, with performances from highly acclaimed Swedish female vocal quartet Kongero and founder members of the pioneering band Fribo, Anne Sofie Valdal and Ewan MacPherson.

Concert will be followed by a dance with a band including Ewan MacPherson, Dougie Hunter & Gabe MacVarish.

Kongero was formed in 2005 and has since then been established as one of Sweden’s leading vocal groups, singing traditional and folk music in enchanting arrangements. The group consists of four skilled singers who together, in a free and extraordinary way, explore vocal possibilities and push the boundaries in both folk and vocal music.

Saturday 11th August 2012. Tickets cost £10 (£5 for under 18s) and are available at the door only.
