In 1988, two members from two of Scotland’s leading bands, The Boys of The Lough and Silly Wizard, came together to work on a television series. You could say the rest is history. Phil Cunningham is widely regarded as one of the most exciting and innovative accordion players of the times; Aly Bain is Scotland’s supreme traditional-style fiddler. Together they create sublime, inspired music. We are delighted to welcome them back to the Universal Hall but book early their last show here sold out promptly.
