BA Applied Music Residency and Performances

The new course brings students from all areas in the Highlands and Islands and the central belt of Scotland for a week of music making, performances, creative activity and lectures from the highly skilled delivery team led by composer and performer Anna-Wendy Stevenson.

The University of the Highlands and Islands are launching the new BA (Hons) Applied Music with an intensive residency in Inverness on 17th-20 September 2012

During the week students will work together to compose and perform pieces of music inspired by different social, cultural and acoustic spaces, with two concerts;

The Centre Health Sciences at Raigmore Hospital at 1.00 –2pm 18th September 2012

Music and Health and Wellbeing

A public concert to launch the degree at Inverness Cathedral on Thursday 20th September at 7pm.

Music for Reflection and Inspiration
