Rounding off a great year for the venue, Bogbain was a prize winner at the 10th MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards. Walking away with the Venue of the Year prize is testament to our hard work over the last 12 months, and longer, and we’re pleased as punch! It joins the Best Unusual Venue award on the shelf, which we got in September at the Scottish Event Awards.

Bogbain Farm is managed by Northern Roots Events which is owned by Yvonne Murray & Bruce MacGregor. We run the Inverness Whisky Festival (est. 2011), Brew at the Bog (est. 2012) and the Northern Roots Festival (est. 2009) as well as the newly acquired Blazin’ in Beauly (est. 2001). As you’ll all be aware by now, we also run concerts and have recently set foot in the world of weddings, which is proving to be extremely popular!
