15 Dec 8 pm Christmas Dance with music by members of Strathpeffer Dance Band and former members of the Sterling Showband. A similar event last year proved so popular and enjoyable that everyone wanted to do it again this year. Members of the only two groups to have been resident bands at the Pavilion in its dance hall days combine to provide a very special programme of excellent ceilidh dance music and popular “golden oldies”. 14 Jan 7.30 pm Wildbird Theatre presents Dreich House – the story

of 15-year-old Ruby Love, whose despicable mother has sent her to Dreich House for the Christmas holidays. It appears to be just a forbidding gothic mansion in a remote Scottish glen, promising adventure activity holidays for children. But to its clients (including gamblers and hit-men) it’s a holiday destination with a single dark purpose; to ‘disappear’ children that nobody loves – satisfaction guaranteed.
