Sounding Dunadd – ‘Kilmartin to Dunadd’ Walk
Join Patsy Dyer and Bob Pegg, for a journey from the prehistoric stones of Kilmartin Glen via the Moine Mhor SNH Nature Reserve to the Dal Riadic fortress of Dunadd; Stories and music inspired by the landscape and history of the glen will be enjoyed along the way.
After the Dunadd session, a mini bus will take walkers back to Kilmartin Museum for light refreshments. A charge of £4.00 will be made for refreshments.
Please bring a packed lunch, wear suitable footwear and of course, always be prepared for the possibility of rain.
Places are limited to 30 so booking is essential!

Sounding Dunadd – Travellers
The second event in our Sounding Dunadd programme of 2013 – ‘Travellers’ will be held in Kilmichael Glassary Church on the evening of Friday June 7th – 6.45pm until 8.40pm with a half hour interval for refreshments. The event will feature international storyteller and musician Bob Pegg; the multi award winning Gaelic singer – Joy Dunlop; specialist Harp performer Bill Taylor and contributions by Kilmichael Primary School. There will be a performance by the specially formed community choir and on display will be the incredible art work designed by Jae Ferguson and created by the children of Kilmichael Primary School. An evening not to be missed!
