Youth Music Theatre UK is holding auditions in Inverness for young people aged 11-21 in its national search for actors, singers and dancers on 15 February at Spectrum Centre on Market Street.

YMT will cast 300 young people to create 7 new music theatre productions this summer at residential courses throughout the UK. Productions include: Terry Pratchett’s Mort, a new musical version of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, and a new show, Out There by James Bourne (Busted, Son of Dork).

The auditions are two-hour workshops that require no preparation or previous experience and are led by staff from YMT’s artistic team.
