Sally Chadwick has been supplying Beauly Gallery with her Art Dolls for a number of years and her creations never fail to draw admiration, the attention to detail is amazing. Sally’s latest creation is titled Elizabeth, a Victorian inspired doll. Elizabeth’s costume is based upon authentic clothing from the mid to late 1800s. The style of her dress dates back to a combination of outfits from the 1860s, whilst her underwear is based upon fashions from the popular house of Worth. Her slippers are of chinese cloth,reflecting the Victorian interest in oriental design.
