Cromarty Hall Première for new film by Mark Jenkins

A new film by Stromness filmmaker Mark Jenkins will be shown for the first time this weekend. The Imaginary Worlds of Scapa Flow is a creative docu-drama inspired by memoirs of service men and women based in wartime Orkney. The film will be premiéred on Saturday 1 September 2012, 8pm at the Cromarty Hall, St Margaret’s Hope.

Dalziel + Scullion at Woodend Barn

Wolf is a new short film by artists Dalziel + Scullion. The film is a creative synthesis of the spoken word, images and music, addressing ideas about co-existence and loss. The film will be shown on a loop at Woodend Barn in Banchory between 28th August and 31st August 2012. On the 31st August at 8pm the film will be shown, followed by a conversation between Dalziel + Scullion and Aidan O’Rourke.
