The dates for the Ledgowan Fairs in 2011 have been announced. Two dates have been scheduled for fairs at the Ledgowan Lodge Hotel, Achnasheen. These are: Saturday, 17 September and Saturday, 26 November 2011 (annual Christmas Fair).

The Highland Council has announced details of a special concert which will take place on Easter Monday in Eden Court Theatre in Inverness to raise funds for relief work in Japan.
