It’s that time of year, wash away those summer blues with lots of fantastic workshops to get stuck into at The Bike Shed.

Cleas, an arts charity based in Portree has been selected by the People’s Millions to go forward to the STV television vote on Tuesday 28th June 2011 and they need your vote!

Fèis Rois is one of only six organisations in the STV North region to be shortlisted with a chance of winning up to £60,000 in the Jubilee People’s Millions. The winning charity will be decided by the public TODAY (Tuesday 28th June).

The Highland Hospice Aird Fundraising Group will be holding the 2011 Art Exhibition at Phipps Hall, Beauly on Saturday 3rd September, 10am – 4pm and Sunday 4th September 11am – 4pm.

24 Gaelic speaking teenagers are getting set to kick off the summer holidays by making their way to Portree in the Isle of Skye for ‘An Sgoil Shamhraidh Dhràma’.

Scotland’s Islands are at the heart of this year’s Blas festival giving the audience a flavour of island culture – Blas nan Eilean.

Highland favourites The Side and Glasgow based trio GoGoBot will share the stage with two of the biggest Scottish rock bands of all time.

Over 200 dancers will take to the stage at Aberdeen’s Beach Ballroom this Friday in a sensational dance showcase.
