Veronica Slater is an artist who lives and works on The Isle of Mull, Scotland.

TRANSIT – 24 Hour Tor Mor is a new body of work that has been installed at An Roth, Craignure, Isle of Mull and opens 2nd October 2011 for six months. Other recent work has included taking part in the launch of 6°WEST, a new artist's collective, and a residency at Inch Kenneth http://6degreeswest.blogspot.com. Support was gratefully received from Creative Scotland. Forthcoming 6°WEST events will be posted soon.

In 2010 Slater had a four month Artist’s Residency in Finland that culminated in a solo show entitled Meidan Talo ‘Our House’. Slater also received a Visual Arts Award from The Scottish Arts Council and support from The Finnish Arts Council through KulttuuriKauppila.
