BL’AZZ, Sunday afternoon Jazz and Blues concerts in the Maclean Room of the Bishop’s Palace at Eden Court, Inverness will reach for the stars on Sunday 22nd May, when ‘Nulligan’, a newly formed Highland-based Jazz Quartet makes its first ever public performance.

An exhibition by painter and writer Marion Boddy-Evans will be held at Portree Community Library from 16 May to 30 June 2011.

The National Centre of Excellence in Traditional Music is pleased to announce the dates for this year’s whole school tour. This year’s tour will take in Glasgow and Stirling, with shows at the Scottish Music Centre, St. Andrew’s In The Square, and the Tolbooth. It is hoped that one other date will be added before the tour concludes with the final concert at Plockton High School.
