In celebration of the forthcoming London Olympics, the BBC is inviting people from all corners of the country to contribute to the definitive self-portrait of Britain today by turning the camera on themselves. Move on Up will be running an afternoon workshop in Inverness at 1pm on Saturday 22nd October at the Bike Shed in Merkinch.

Former BBC Radio 2 Folk Singer of the Year, Julie Fowlis, and Mod Gold medalist and Trad Award winner, Gillebrìde MacMillan, were among the 45 students awarded degrees and course certificates from College Principal, Professor Boyd Robertson,at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig’s annual graduation ceremony on Friday (7 October 2011).
